Fifa 2008

Hey everyone! I just got back from the North American leg of the FIFA Interactive World Cup 2008. What an event! If any of you don’t know what the FIFA Interactive World Cup is, let me just say that it’s the largest EA SPORTS FIFA tournament in the world. There is a competition in every major territory that has to do with FIFA, and a winner is crowned from each event to represent their country in Berlin for the finals. It was now the final live event. Los Angeles California, home of MLS clubs LA Galaxy and Chivas USA, was in the spotlight. Close to 128 people were signed up (we had to turn away people because we had to start the tournament). Let the games begin!

Some of the people signed up for the event, was 2005 FIWC NA winner Ruben Morales from Mexico. We also had a Madden Challenge vet sign up as well. If you remember the nickname “Clark Kent,” then you’ll know who Daniel Grundai is.
